The day came just a week after Graduation! I think this was our fasted pack and load we've done. Sam was off the entire week and told me not to touch anything until after our family and everyone left. SO we were literally throwing stuff into boxes without organizing hardly anything. Just went from room to room. Not sure HOW we did it, but it GOT DONE. Ha! We ended up tossing quite a bit. Sam even drove down for a couple days with an air mattress in our new house and had a cleaner come scrub things down while he cleaned the carpets. THAT was the best decision ever. Then he came back, and we loaded most of the stuff on Friday evening. then Saturday May 20th is the day we moved in! After just a short 3.5 hour drive to our very OWN house! Woo! Kids wanted to ride in the big truck with dad and I wasn't complaining! ;) We got a lot unloaded when we first arrived, and then Dan was able to bring two of his boys over and help us finish everything up in the afternoon. My kids had been begging to check out the pool so we went sometime that day for an hour or so. LOVE our new pool! The last 3 pictures were from the next day when we did a little yard work to clean up our backyard and let the kids play a bit. We were only in our house a total of 3 days before leaving for Durango, CO and Lake Powell. Stay tuned for vacay pics!
