We finally got some great snowfalls just a few days after getting home from Houston. It was a nice "you're not in Texas anymore" sort of welcome home. Kids thought it was amazing. Ivy missed probably the entire week of school, thanks to a second round days later. It seemed similar to last season-- no snow up until these two weeks, then we got everything dumped on us at once! Kids were hilarious to watch and for a while, getting snow gear on and going outside was their favorite activity in the day. Especially Ivy. She turned into a little snow bunny this year! These kids are so much fun!
Sam ended up just pulling them in a circle around the driveway. The hills next to our house are just too steep with no flat areas:
