Ivy's official first day at her new school was on August 1st! This girl was READY for kindergarten. She is probably one of the most confident 5 year old's I know and couldn't wait for her first day to get here. It makes me feel pretty happy and relieved as a mama to know she is going to be JUST FINE in school. Her positive attitude and excitement is seriously one of the cutest things about her. She said her first day went very well and she already loves school! And her teacher! However, Her teacher is about ready to have a baby and is only here for the first week. They will have a substitute for the rest of this semester so we will see how that goes!
After the school day was over, we headed to the park! It is still hot and summery around here!
