So its May and up here in utah its still pretty chilly every few days or so. but we finally found a nice day to take a much needed long ride on the motorcycles. We went with Daniel and Michelle, along with their NEW bike! they got an awesome new bike since the last time i posted about them so i figured id post a couple pics. its really fun because their bike and our bike are made by the same company so sam and daniel call them brothers lol..... also, i dont think i ever posted pics of the rad pipes that sam put on his bike a few weeks after he bought it so i thought i might show a pic of that too... anywho, hope the weather continues to get warmer so we can take more rides like this one! its only been up in the 60's and 70's lately, which is definitely nice but doesnt feel quite like summer yet!

18. Did he play sports in high school? yes. couldnt play football bc of problems with his eyes but he played pretty much everything else-- basketball, track, swimming, etc...

Free Pearl Necklace!

Hey friends-- if you are in the Provo area, I would take advantage of this! Goldsmith Co. on university, near center street in provo is giving away free pearl necklaces from May 7-9(saturday is the last day). There is NO CATCH! all you have to do is click on the picture of the coupon, print it out, and take it into the store.. I tried to go get one today but they ran out of clasps or something so they just gave me a voucher to come back any other day to get it, even after this saturday. they said that they should get a bunch in for tomorrow (the last day the coupon is good) and will be giving em out all day. My friend got one the other day and said when you do get a necklace, they just ask for your name and address or something... probably just to send catalogs in the mail at some point. anywho, its a GREAT DEAL! NO CATCH.. i also found out that if you have a PANDORA bracelet that they sell beads for them. which is awesome because i can never find anyone who sells them here in utah. ENJOY!

Happy 2 Years!

So yesterday was our 2 year anniversary! crazy how time flies! we actually had a lot goin on last night so we decided to celebrate it last saturday. we went to see the new Xmen movie in the afternoon right after sam got off work. it was AWESOME! afterwards, we drove out to park city for dinner at this really yummy steak place called Ruth's Chris. it was so fun and the food was waay good! im am soo grateful for sam and all he does for me! he is such a hard worker and i am so thankful for all he does to support us. he is my best friend and i love spending time with him. we always have so much fun! i love him so much and cant wait for what the future holds for us!

California!

A couple weeks ago i was able to fly out to cali to visit my sisters Kristin and Kari in Lincoln. it was soo much fun! i left sam at home so we could just do girly/sister stuff without having to worry about dragging the boys along haha... we started the weekend off shopping and dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. YUM! then sunday was church, etc. then the next few days, we spent time at the pool, getting pedicures, eating at Panera(another YUM!), getting pizookies and BJ's, and mostly just hangin out. it was also waaay fun seeing and playing with all my neices and nephews who i hadnt seen in over a year! the trip was a nice break from school. i was able to just sit and relax and not have to worry about any homework or anything. just playing with my sisters! so fun! i miss them already! thanks for having me guys! i had a great time! anywho, here are some pics... sorry there are so many, i just couldnt choose which ones to leave out!

Snowboarding

So a few weekends ago we drove up to Snowbird ski resort to see some of Sam's family. Jeff and Patrice were there with both their families for a week long ski trip. It was so fun to see everyone and play tons of games and what not. We even went swimming in the heated pool one evening.. One day we went up just for a day of snowboarding with everyone and it was soo awesome! thanks for comin up guys! we had a blast!

My Birthday! YAY!

this past friday- April 3rd was my birthday and it was a great one this year.. even tho it was raining and freeeezing all day, it was still fun. i had school all day so nothing much happened til sam came to campus around 2 with a HUGE hilarious high school musical bday card. it was great. the card said he was taking me on a shopping spree!!! so we left school and went shopping for a few hourse before dinner. sam also had a couple of other little gifts in the car for me. he is so sweet!! so we went shopping for a while which was soo fun especially bc sam actually came with lol.. then when dinner rolled around, we met up with steve and sarra AND jeff, michelle and the girls who are in town for a ski trip. we went to BENIHANA'S in salt lake which was delicious!! the sushi there is soo good. and the tepanyaki was fun too. then we went to jeff and michelle's hotel room across the street to play games. later we went to baskin robbins to get a yummy ice cream cake for the end of my birthday celebrations. it was a great day! thanks everyone for celebrating with me! and thanks mom, dad, and sisters for my presents the week before!! i love my new cardigan and skirt... (ps- all the pics are phone pics so they are sorta blurry. we keep forgetting out camera. lol)
