A couple weeks ago on Memorial Day, we decided to head out to Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater out on the west side of Denver. we had originally planned to just see the amphitheater real quick then head out and do one of the hiking trails but we ended up just hanging out there at the amphitheater seeing all there was to see. it was pretty fun! and it was nice to be out in the sun for a change. the view was gorgeous. you could see downtown denver just over the hills.. it was a neat place to visit and to read about all the famous people who have performed there. red rocks is famous because it is a naturally created amphitheater with huge rock formations behind the stage and up the sides to provide the perfect acoustics for a concert. pretty cool stuff.

That is an AWESOME place. Cool pictures. I can see why you stuck around for awhile. Now you just need to go to a concert there. Cool place!!
Wow! That looks really cool! What a fun place!
wow that is amazing Kat. So crazy. Imagine if you tripped while walking down those bleachers, haha. Glad Max got to get out. He needs to exercise more!! j/k. That's exciting. Love the pictures too btw.
Red Rocks has not changed much since I grew up in Denver! I love the mountains of Colorado, just not the cold in the winter :)
have fun exploring!
love, Mom
