Trip to LA, Part 3 Wedding! (And reception)

These pics are all from the photoshoot before, then the actual ceremony, then the dinner reception later on. The ceremony was beautiful! Tiffany came down the spiral staircase in the center of the room, then they sang together, and said their vows, etc. It was super sweet! Had some fun pics after, cocktail hour, then went in for dinner! The reception was SO well put together and very entertaining! So fun to hear the speeches, and during the music and dancing, both Tiffany and Jason sang throughout the evening! And of course, all sorts of dancing. Ivy had the time of her life the entire evening and thought it was SO cool that kids got to stay for the dancing part. She was on the dance floor just about the whole evening! Marshall thought the dancing part was SUPER fun for about 30 minutes then started to complain about being tired. I thought about taking him back to the hotel but as I was getting ready to leave, I figured I'd just try to sit down with him. Sure enough, He passed out in my arms so I laid him on some chairs so we could enjoy the rest of the evening! Ha! Was able to see them leave through the sparklers and say some goodbyes!
Pictures before the wedding... The flower girls were asked to be in the photoshoot as well!
Seriously though, Ivy and Evelyn were the cutest flower girl's ever! Love this pic:
I've missed this girl WAY too much! So glad we got to see each other, even if it was just for 24 hours. Love ya, Diana!
Sam with other fellow med students who came!

Trip to LA, Part 2 Huntington and Downtown Disney

I had never been to Southern Cali before this trip so we trip to pack as much in as we could in the short days we were the there. We didn't have to be to the wedding location until around 2pm so we decided to drive around town a bit! Unfortunately, the weather was pretty lousy for most of the morning so we didn't get to sit on the beach much but we tried to make the most of it! Walked around the shops and hit up Ihop at Huntington Beach, then drove out to meet our friends at Downtown Disney!
Palm Trees for daaayyzzzz:
Kid's were struggling with jet lag the entire time we were there (3 hour time difference!) So this was our view by 10:30 in the morning. Guess that's what happens when they both wake up at 5:30! ha!
Downtown Disney!
This next little pic was probably the first picture that Marshall perked up and said "cheeeese!" very enthusiastically. He hates pictures normally but was SO excited to get a new Lightning Mcqueen car from the GINORMOUS toy store. We told each of them they could pic out one thing. Marshall picked the toy and of course, Ivy went for the Lollipop. I tried to convince her to pick out a bracelet or something but she was sold on the candy! Kids! ha!
