There is a historical mansion that is a couple miles up the road from our house and a couple days before Easter, they held a pancake breakfast and Easter Egg Hunt for the community. Sam was working but I decided to take the kids and meet some friends there for the morning. It was a little chilly at first but SO glad we went! The kids had a blast and the egg hunt was well worth the windy morning. Many of the eggs were filled with coupons and tokens for free ice creams and kids meals in the community! Woo! Lovely grounds to walk on, lovely scenery, great company and fun activities for my kiddos, it was a win all around.
Marshall was NOT okay with the Easter Bunny. Holding on for dear life:
